Fekra Labs is an engineering-driven software company. We build bespoke digital products: high-performance web platforms, mobile apps (Flutter / iOS / Android), multi-tenant SaaS systems, and enterprise ERP solutions for clients across the MENA region.

Do you accept applications from outside Cairo or from other countries?

Most of our engineering roles support full remote work. We welcome applicants from across Egypt and Arabic-speaking countries, provided there is timezone alignment and strong async communication.

Do you hire junior engineers or recent graduates?

Occasionally. When the potential is clear and the motivation is genuine. Reach out via the general application form and tell us about yourself — we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

How long does it take to hear back after applying?

We aim to respond to all applications within 5 business days — with a clear yes or a respectful no. We do not leave candidates waiting indefinitely without feedback.

Are interviews conducted in Arabic or English?

Primarily in Arabic, with technical portions sometimes in English depending on the role. The priority is clear, precise technical communication, not language performance.
